At present, non woven fabrics have gradually become a new industry in the domestic market, and people's demand is increasing. As a raw material source for nonwoven fabrics, new nonwoven cellulose fibers have a broad market. A spinning machine is a machine that converts a fibrous polymer solution or melt into silk. According to different fiber spinning methods, spinning machines are divided into three types: wet spinning machines, melt spinning machines, and dry spinning machines.
In the prior art, a filtering mechanism for spinning stock solution is usually added to the production line before spinning, and is generally installed at the outlet of the stock solution tank. The filtered stock solution enters the spinning mechanism of the spinning machine for spinning. However, the filtering device in the prior art has problems such as small filtering area, poor filtering effect, large wind resistance, and low production efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to design a spinning machine for producing nonwoven fibers to solve the above problems.
In order to solve the above technical problems, technicians provide a spinning machine for producing nonwoven fibers. This spinning machine technical solution solves the problem of adding a spinning stock solution filtering mechanism to the production line before spinning. The filtering mechanism is generally set at the outlet of the stock solution tank, and the filtered stock solution enters the spinning mechanism of the spinning machine for spinning. However, the filtering device in the prior art has small filtering area, poor filtering effect, large wind resistance, and low production efficiency. To achieve the above objectives, our technical solution is: This technology provides a spinning machine for producing nonwoven fibers, including a feed mechanism and a spinning mechanism. The output end of the feed mechanism is connected to the feed end of the spinning mechanism. The feed mechanism includes a feed filter box, a filter mechanism, and a waste liquid discharge mechanism. The filter mechanism is arranged in the feed filter box, and the waste liquid discharge mechanism is arranged at the bottom end of the feed filter box. The top end of the feed filter box is provided with a feed pipe and a gas conduit, and the bottom end of the feed filter box is provided with a feed through-hole. The filter mechanism includes a filter device arranged in the feed filter box. The filter screen is in an inverted arc shape, and both ends of the filter screen are fixedly connected to the top end of the waste liquid discharge mechanism. The middle section of the filter is an arc-shaped plate section, and the size of the filter hole gradually decreases from top to bottom.
Compared to the prior art, the beneficial effect of the spinning machine described above is that the diameter range of the filter hole of the filter screen of the spinning machine is controlled between 0.25 and 0.5 millimeters, which can completely remove impurities in the raw liquid of non-woven fibers, and the discharged liquid contains almost no impurities, improving the quality of the finished product. The waste liquid temporary storage device can temporarily store the waste generated by filtration. When the equipment operates for a long time or garbage is collected to a certain extent, manual cleaning of the internal filtering mechanism and waste temporary storage device of the feed filter box extends the stable production time of the equipment, improves work efficiency, and makes cleaning and discharge more convenient and efficient. In this technology, the electromagnetic valve facilitates changing the feeding rhythm according to production requirements, thereby improving production efficiency and equipment practicality.
